Sir, I completely agree with you. Only privatization is a solution for this issue.
I encountered such problems in Govt dept and the shocking thing was even the young guys who are recently joined are following the same foot steps of their seniors. No one want to change and no one have any sense of accountability.
Most common answer you get in a govt dept is "this will be forwarded to the concern dept - and we cant say anything further". I rarely had a positive conversation with these folks and I hardly know anyone who had a good exp with these guys.... Still hope for some change in future..

Dear Vinod Sir,
We have met long back when you were associated with one of the best Auto Ancillary group at Chakan.
Presently I am totally confused what to do ahead.
I have completed my Masters in HR in 2010 but still searching for good opportunity in HR.
I have got around 6.5 yrs exp in HR recruitment but want to work as HR Generalist.I have huge exp gap of 16 months since Jan 2011 & now I am facing big problem to get a job in HR recruitment.
During my gap I had started Hotel Staffing (recruitment) at my own but it did not work out.
Today I have tried for job in BPO also; for time being but not succeeded.
My family depends on me. Cause of gap companies are not considering my profile.

Please let me know what should I do?

I was once taught by a very experienced and perceptive Psychologist that the thing we find most annoying or difficult to live with in others is the failing we refuse to accept in ourselves.

When ever you meet a "difficult" person in life, find what it is in yourself which makes them seem difficult and fix that. If you do you will generally find the "difficulty" goes away. When it doesn't look deeper (into yourself).

Most of us are socially intelligent but act in a biased manner. We willingly understand our loved ones or near and dear with their negative traits or idiosyncrasies. But when it comes to strangers or people in our operating environment we react in a different manner and emit negative vibes towards them and become judgmental. So being socially intelligent will only not do one needs to be unbiased towards everyone alike.

Very nice article. Definitely an alarming rate of people are addicted to these channels of secondary communication these days. To be precise, we are virtually connected but not in reality or even emotionally most of the times. Only few people are emotionally bonded.

People are addicted to these channels for various reasons. For popularity, for passing time or sometimes to just keep themselves occupied when they are feeling depressed. Whatever the reasons may be it is a very unhealthy way of living.

I am ashamed to say but even I am addicted to some extent. Only recently I started consciously restricting the hours of time being spent on social networking sites. This article is positively motivating.

Being a part of RCIA we need to do a mercy deed and for that we had to visit St.Catherine home.
Believe me visitng those kids and children was the most amazing experience and lesson of my life.
We shared and spent the entire day with the kids playing, chatting, talking,laughing.....
