We discussed the powerful concept of servant leadership.</p><p>In a lively exchange, we explored how servant leadership emphasizes empathy, listening, stewardship, and empowerment. It was inspiring to see the students' enthusiasm for leading with compassion and making a positive impact.</p><p>You can watch our insightful conversation on servant leadership in this Facebook Live video: <a href="https://fb.watch/q4fuo-b1MB/" target="_blank">Facebook Live</a></p><p><br /></p>Vinod Bidwaikhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06718029685163438257noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20420492.post-78501190844591107922023-12-31T05:00:00.001+05:302023-12-31T05:00:00.140+05:30Wish you all a Happy New Year<p style="text-align: justify;"><b></b></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj3yy8ywTtgSjBnaPdnz1tZxAHRmiA2ODBMRzPcwVlEMgIaonK7C3a8jH3yIxZnYrR7wtbmKMglZczwVdcZ855zW4sIiTEfP6xqoH5iFpsVehrTG2Y2rfIEJh1GgrXIZr_aWwZiaG8OFbp2H2XgPo_TCkZoOSyj8tQr5deprg1nQ6M6TnvG0vt66w/s1920/HNY.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1152" data-original-width="1920" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj3yy8ywTtgSjBnaPdnz1tZxAHRmiA2ODBMRzPcwVlEMgIaonK7C3a8jH3yIxZnYrR7wtbmKMglZczwVdcZ855zW4sIiTEfP6xqoH5iFpsVehrTG2Y2rfIEJh1GgrXIZr_aWwZiaG8OFbp2H2XgPo_TCkZoOSyj8tQr5deprg1nQ6M6TnvG0vt66w/w400-h240/HNY.jpg" width="400" /></a></b></div><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-size: medium;">A</span></b>s we wave goodbye to a year that felt like a Bollywood blockbuster (with a bit too much drama), it's time to welcome 365 shiny new chances to make some questionable life decisions. So grab your juice or your favorite beverage of choice (no judgment here) and let's toast to the New Year, where gym memberships skyrocket, and our motivation... well, let's not get too ambitious.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b>The Resolutions List: A Masterpiece of Daydreams</b></p><p style="text-align: justify;">We all kick off the year with a list longer than a train ride across India – lose weight, save some moolah, learn a new language, find true love, and maybe conquer a mountain or two if the stars align. It's like a wishlist longer than a kid's letter to Santa. And just like that letter, half of it might end up being a bit of a stretch. But hey, it's the thought that counts, right?</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b>The Gym Saga: A Love-Hate Rollercoaster</b></p><p style="text-align: justify;">The gym in January is like a family reunion. Suddenly, everyone you've ever known is there, rocking their spiffy new workout gear, as if the sight of fresh sneakers will magically make the treadmill less of a pain. Fast forward to February, and it's back to the usual suspects – you and that one guy who believes grunting is a legitimate form of communication.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b>Time Travel and Other Mysteries</b></p><p style="text-align: justify;">New Year's Eve is the one time we willingly hop on the time-travel bandwagon. One minute, you're clinking glasses, toasting to the magic of midnight, and the next, you're scratching your head, wondering where the heck the last twelve months vanished. It's like an involuntary magic trick we perform for ourselves, annually.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b>The Countdown Chaos</b></p><p style="text-align: justify;">The New Year's countdown is a shared experience, a bit like accidentally hitting 'Reply All' on your family WhatsApp group. You eagerly count down, and just as you hit zero, you realize your resolutions might've been a tad overzealous. But fear not; there's always next year, right?</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b>The January Diet Drama</b></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Ah, the January diet – where salads suddenly become your besties, and desserts become a distant memory. For those brave souls who manage to stick to it, major props! For the rest of us, well, there's always the next fad diet. Let's be real; the weighing scale doesn't really understand the concept of days anyway.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><i></i></p><blockquote><i><b>"So here's to surviving another trip around the sun, with laughter, love, and a dash of craziness. Happy New Year, you awesome bunch! May your resolutions be as flexible as your go-to pair of comfy sweats, and may your sense of humor be as unshakeable as that post-New Year's Eve dizziness. Cheers to another year of navigating this wild ride called life – one chuckle at a time!"</b></i></blockquote><p><b>Read my latest books. Unfortunately, instead of getting the right knowledge on those desires, we carried away with fake or false knowledge which is also known as fallacy.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times;">Human beings are always disturbed because of desires. We have dreams, aspirations and peer pressure is fueling those. Dreams and aspirations are good and one should strive for it. However we should be clear what we are dreaming and aspiring for. If you are aspiring for something based on false assumptions and fallacies, then failures are inevitable. Dreams and aspirations create desires, desires pushes for actions and if the results of action are different from what is expected, frustration and disappointment is going to happen. So first our aspirations should be based on fair assessment of those aspirations and desires. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times;">False or fake knowledge is a form of ignorance that leads to attachment and desire. This attachment and desire can lead to a disturbed mind, as it creates a sense of longing and dissatisfaction. when a person holds a belief that is based on fallacy or false knowledge, it can create desires within them. These desires may be unrealistic or unattainable because they are based on inaccurate or incorrect information. As a result, the person may experience a disturbed mind, which can manifest in various ways such as anxiety, frustration, or disappointment.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times;">For example, if a person believes that they can become wealthy quickly by participating in a particular investment scheme that is actually a scam, they may develop a strong desire to invest all of their savings into it. However, because the investment is based on false knowledge, the person is unlikely to receive the returns they were promised, and may even lose all of their money. This can result in significant financial and emotional distress, leading to a disturbed mind. It also happens with the person who is not competent to take the higher position, but his self image is so high that he thinks getting a higher position is his right. Similarly, if a person holds beliefs about themselves or others that are based on false knowledge, this can create desires for outcomes that are unrealistic or unattainable. For example, a person who believes that they are fundamentally flawed may develop a desire for perfection that is impossible to achieve, leading to feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times;">It is possible for us to have desires, wishes or aspirations, but we do not have complete control over whether those desires will be fulfilled. There are many factors beyond our control. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times;">It is important to recognize that having unfulfilled desires is a common and natural aspect of human experience. While it can be disappointing or frustrating when our desires are not met, it is important to maintain perspective and focus on the things that are within our control, such as our own actions, attitudes, and responses to the world around us.</span></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: times;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Please respond the survey, I am conducting, as a part of my research by clicking on >> </span><a href="https://www.vinodbidwaik.com/2022/09/leadership-competencies-required-for.html" style="color: #3778cd; text-decoration-line: none; white-space: pre-wrap;">Leadership Competencies required for managers while handling crisis situations</a>. </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: times;">(Opinions are purely personal & does not represent my organizations, current or past) </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"></span></span></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: justify;"></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times;"><i style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #333333;"><b>Author's books are available on </b></span><a href="https://www.amazon.in/s?i=digital-text&rh=p_27%3AVinod+Bidwaik&s=relevancerank&text=Vinod+Bidwaik&ref=dp_byline_sr_ebooks_1" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Amazon</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://www.flipkart.com/search?q=vinod+bidwaik+books&otracker=search&otracker1=search&marketplace=FLIPKART&as-show=on&as=off&as-pos=1&as-type=HISTORY" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Flipkart</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://store.pothi.com/search/?q=Vinod%20Bidwaik" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #d52a33; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Pothi</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b> and </b></span><a href="https://www.bookganga.com/eBooks/Books?AID=5272443706670122924" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">BookGanga</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>. This is also possible when there are some issues and experiences in early age. It is based on the idea of karma, which suggests that every action we take has consequences that affect our future experiences. Karmic blocks also can be because of unresolved issues, actions and experiences from your childhood, the surroundings and society. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">According to this belief, unresolved issues or negative actions from past lives can create karmic energy that carries over into our present life, and this energy can manifest as blockages or obstacles that prevent us from achieving our goals or finding happiness.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Karmic blocks can take various forms, such as <i><b>physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual obstacles</b></i>, and they can affect different aspects of our lives, including our relationships, health, career, and personal growth.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">To overcome karmic blocks, some people turn to spiritual practices such as meditation, prayer, or energy healing, while others seek guidance from spiritual teachers or therapists to help them identify and release the underlying issues that are causing the blocks.</span></p><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Why should one know about it?</b></span></h3><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">The application of understanding karmic blocks is primarily in personal and spiritual growth. By recognizing and addressing these blocks, individuals can free themselves from limiting beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that may be hindering their progress and well-being.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">For example, if someone has a karmic block related to self-worth, they may find themselves repeatedly facing situations where they feel undervalued or unappreciated. By identifying and releasing this block, they can begin to attract more positive experiences that align with their true worth and potential.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Additionally, understanding karmic blocks can help individuals to take responsibility for their actions and choices, as they recognize that their present circumstances are not just random events, but the result of their past actions and energy.</span></p><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Types of Karmic Blocks</span></h3><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">There are different types of karmic blocks that can affect various aspects of our lives. Here are some examples:</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Emotional blockages</b>: These are related to unresolved emotional issues, such as fear, anger, grief, or guilt. These emotions can create energetic blockages that prevent us from experiencing emotional balance and well-being.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Relationship blockages</b>: These are related to patterns in our relationships that prevent us from experiencing healthy and fulfilling connections with others. These patterns may be related to past traumas or unresolved issues from past lives.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Financial blockages</b>: These are related to patterns of lack, scarcity, or financial struggle. These patterns may be related to beliefs or behaviors that prevent us from attracting abundance and prosperity.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Health blockages</b>: These are related to patterns of illness or disease that may be caused by unresolved emotional or spiritual issues. These blockages may also be related to past-life experiences or karmic energy.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Spiritual blockages</b>: These are related to patterns of disconnection or disempowerment in our spiritual lives. These patterns may prevent us from experiencing a deeper connection with our spiritual nature or may prevent us from realizing our spiritual potential.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">It is important to note that these types of karmic blockages may overlap or be interconnected, and that the process of identifying and releasing them may require a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being.</span></p><h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Process of identifying Karmic Blocks</span></h3><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjmby0GJx89esf2q9V8C9N4yKA91B7U0reEmLPeNVAWyhMV1miQ9jZeke1bTaS1SugPntlkA9WKxm7L1yV8dnutv5_ZFV3Ks7ZE196KbExlX5huNdSgBmhNQQ1sSgUYGVBFVomuHOjmJUbgfYyzJ0vj92bb10qXX3lIfAa8YvdA4CtxpVsRwDc/s1024/DALL%C2%B7E%202023-05-06%2013.41.27%20-%203d%20render%20of%20%20Indian%20person%20having%20karmic%20blocks%20.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1024" data-original-width="1024" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjmby0GJx89esf2q9V8C9N4yKA91B7U0reEmLPeNVAWyhMV1miQ9jZeke1bTaS1SugPntlkA9WKxm7L1yV8dnutv5_ZFV3Ks7ZE196KbExlX5huNdSgBmhNQQ1sSgUYGVBFVomuHOjmJUbgfYyzJ0vj92bb10qXX3lIfAa8YvdA4CtxpVsRwDc/w400-h400/DALL%C2%B7E%202023-05-06%2013.41.27%20-%203d%20render%20of%20%20Indian%20person%20having%20karmic%20blocks%20.png" width="400" /></a></div></div><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Identifying karmic blocks can be a complex process, and it often requires self-reflection and inner exploration. However, with spiritual practice and dedication, it is possible to overcome these limitations and gain access to higher levels of understanding and wisdom.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Few people live in illusion. Intelligence is often associated with cognitive abilities such as problem-solving, memory, and learning quickly. Wisdom, on the other hand, is not solely dependent on intelligence, but rather involves a deeper understanding of life gained through experience and reflection. While a person may have a high level of intelligence, they may not necessarily possess wisdom, and vice versa. However still there will be people who will be intelligently Stupid. These intelligent stupid are who are incompetent and they tend:</span></p><p></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Overestimate their skill and knowledge levels</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">They live in past experience and try to apply the same in even new environment, </span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">They speak hyperbole,</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Speaks and lot and has a very bad listening ability,</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Micromanages their team because of insecurity,</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Fail to recognize the genuine skill and expertise of other people,</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Fail to recognize their own mistakes and lack of skill </span></li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Sometimes they behave like a bubble. When someone gains a small amount of knowledge about a topic, they may feel like they know everything there is to know. This can cause them to become overly confident in their abilities, which can lead to mistakes and failures.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">A foolish leader who makes poor decisions may harm their organization or their community. A foolish driver who disregards traffic laws may cause an accident that injures themselves or others. A foolish investor who makes risky investments may lose their life savings. The problem with foolishness is that it often leads to a lack of judgment and critical thinking skills. Foolish people may jump to conclusions without considering all the facts, or they may make decisions based on emotions rather than logic. They may also lack the ability to learn from their mistakes and may continue to make the same errors over and over again.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">One way to avoid being foolish is to cultivate self-awareness and a willingness to learn. We need to be able to recognize our own limitations and to seek out feedback and advice from others. We also need to be willing to admit when we are wrong and to take steps to correct our mistakes.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Another factor is overconfidence.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Overconfidence can be particularly problematic in situations that require a high level of skill or expertise, such as medicine, engineering, or finance. In these fields, a small mistake can have serious consequences, and overconfidence can lead to costly errors.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Similarly, an engineer who has just learned about a new technology may feel confident in their ability to use it in their designs. However, they may not have a full understanding of the technology's limitations, which could lead to failures or malfunctions.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">So, what can be done to avoid overconfidence? The key is to recognize the limitations of our knowledge and skills. We need to be humble and willing to admit when we don't know something or when we need help.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">One way to avoid overconfidence is to seek out feedback and advice from others. This can help us to identify areas where we need to improve and to avoid making mistakes. Another way could be to continue learning and expanding our knowledge. This can help us to gain a deeper understanding of a topic and to recognize the complexities involved.</span></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Please respond the survey, I am conducting, as a part of my research by clicking on >> </span><a href="https://www.vinodbidwaik.com/2022/09/leadership-competencies-required-for.html" style="color: #3778cd; text-decoration-line: none; white-space: pre-wrap;">Leadership Competencies required for managers while handling crisis situations</a>. </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">(Opinions are purely personal & does not represent my organizations, current or past) </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"></span></span></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: justify;"></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><i style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #333333;"><b>Author's books are available on </b></span><a href="https://www.amazon.in/s?i=digital-text&rh=p_27%3AVinod+Bidwaik&s=relevancerank&text=Vinod+Bidwaik&ref=dp_byline_sr_ebooks_1" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Amazon</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://www.flipkart.com/search?q=vinod+bidwaik+books&otracker=search&otracker1=search&marketplace=FLIPKART&as-show=on&as=off&as-pos=1&as-type=HISTORY" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Flipkart</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://store.pothi.com/search/?q=Vinod%20Bidwaik" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #d52a33; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Pothi</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b> and </b></span><a href="https://www.bookganga.com/eBooks/Books?AID=5272443706670122924" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">BookGanga</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>. Perhaps it is the hot topic always discussed. Still, the code for being a great leader is yet to be cracked. Lately when there is a leadership discussion or leadership course of top managers, I find few things like self awareness, mindfulness, spirituality content in that. However, though it is said a lot, it is very difficult to practice. I have seen leaders just speaking about empathy but not practicing it. Finally all those models are just to speak for others and not for themselves.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">When we look back at our great ancient scripture, Bhagavad Gita, all dimensions of life are discussed in detail. The Gita teaches that leadership is not just about exerting authority and power, but it is also about being self-aware, practicing self-discipline, and leading with empathy and compassion. Here are some key principles of leadership based on the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita.</span></p><p style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Chapter 6, Verse 5</span></i></p><p style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">उद्धरेदात्मनात्मानं नात्मानमवसादयेत् |</span></i></p><p style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">आत्मैव ह्यात्मनो बन्धुरात्मैव रिपुरात्मन: ॥5॥</span></i></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">"Let a man lift himself by his own self alone, let him not lower himself; for this self alone is the friend of oneself, and this self alone is the enemy of oneself."</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="color: #cc0000; font-family: trebuchet;">Self-Awareness: A leader must be aware of his or her own strengths and limitations, and must strive to improve upon them.</span></b></p><p style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Chapter 2, Verse 64</span></i></p><p style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">रागद्वेषवियुक्तैस्तु विषयानिन्द्रियैश्चरन् |</span></i></p><p style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">आत्मवश्यैर्विधेयात्मा प्रसादमधिगच्छति ॥64॥</span></i></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">"But a man who controls his senses by his mind and engages his active organs in works of devotion, without attachment, is by far superior. Tapan was a hardworking and ambitious person, but he often felt unfulfilled and lacking in purpose. He was struggling in his life, not happy and always complaining.
One day, Tapan decided to take a walk through the nearby place to clear his mind. As he walked, he saw many people who were struggling and in need of help. He saw a mother who was struggling to put food on the plate for her children, an elderly woman who was living alone and needed help with household chores, and a young girl who was struggling in school and needed extra tutoring.
As Tapan walked, he felt a sense of purpose rising within him. He realized that he could use his skills and talents to help these people and make a difference in their lives. He decided that he would start by helping the mother feed her children, the elderly woman with his household chores, and the young girl with her schoolwork. He called his friend who was working as a supervisor with a facility & housekeeping company. He requested to find a job for that woman. She got it as a housekeeping staff member. He started visiting elderly woman once a week and helping her. And he started taking tuition for that girl without any expectations.
Tapan worked tirelessly to help these people, and as he did, he saw their lives improve. The mother was able to put food on the plate and her children were healthier and happier. The elderly woman was able to live comfortably in her own home and the young girl was able to improve her grades.
As Tapan helped these people, he also began to notice that his own life was improving. He felt a sense of fulfillment and purpose that he had never felt before. He also got many requests for tuition classes from other students and most of them were ready to pay. His financial situation also started improving. He realized that by lifting up others, he was also lifting himself up.
Tapan's actions inspire others in his society to do the same. They saw the positive impact that Tapan was having on the lives of others and they wanted to do the same. They began to reach out and help their neighbors, friends and family. Society began to change for the better, and everyone felt a sense of community and belonging.
Tapan's simple act of kindness had set off a chain reaction of upliftment in the society. He had not only helped others but also helped himself find the purpose and fulfillment he had been seeking. He taught the villagers the power of lifting up others, which in turn lifted themselves. From that day on, the village was known as a place of kindness, compassion, and generosity.
Tapan's journey teaches us that when we uplift others, we uplift ourselves. It is a reminder that by helping others, we can not only improve their lives, but we can also improve our own lives. It's a reminder that when we give, we also receive.
The thought of uplifting others and oneself is a powerful one that has been emphasized in Bhagavad Gita. God lives within us and every living being. If you serve those living things, you get a sense of fulfillment and when you do it selflessly, you get the fortune of love, compassion, empathy back resulting in your material development too. It is the idea that by helping others, we can not only improve their lives, but we can also improve our own lives. This is because when we give to others, we also receive.
One of the most powerful ways to uplift others is through acts of kindness and generosity. Even small acts of kindness, such as holding the door open for someone or buying a stranger a food, can have a big impact on both the giver and the receiver. Research has shown that performing acts of kindness can lead to increased feelings of happiness and well-being in the giver. It can also foster a sense of connection and community between the giver and receiver.
Another way to uplift others is through mentorship and guidance. By sharing our knowledge, skills, and experiences with others, we can help them to grow and achieve their goals. This can be especially powerful for young people who are just starting out on their journey in life. By offering guidance and support, we can help them to navigate the challenges they will face and set them on a path towards success.
In addition to uplifting others, it's also important to uplift oneself. Self-care and self-improvement are key to overall well-being and happiness. This can include taking care of one's physical and mental health, developing new skills and interests, and setting and achieving personal goals. By investing in ourselves, we can become stronger and more capable individuals, which in turn makes us better able to help and uplift others.
So whenever you get the opportunity, do your deeds selflessly. Consider whatever you are doing, it is the supreme lord’s job.

The name comes from the idea that the flap of a butterfly's wings in one part of the world could, through a chain of cause-and-effect reactions, eventually cause a tornado in another part of the world.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">The idea behind the butterfly effect is that small changes can have big consequences in complex systems. This concept can be applied to many areas, such as weather patterns, the stock market, and human behavior. It suggests that even small actions, decisions, or events can have far-reaching effects that are difficult to predict.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">The butterfly effect is often used as a metaphor to describe the interconnectedness of all things and the idea that everything is connected to everything else. It also highlights the importance of taking small actions towards positive change, as these actions can have a ripple effect and lead to larger positive outcomes. However, the idea of the butterfly effect can also be traced back to the laws of karma.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Karma is a concept that originates from Bhagavad Gita. It is based on the idea that every action has consequences, and that these consequences can affect both the present and future lives of individuals. The laws of karma state that every action, whether good or bad, will eventually come back to the individual who performed it.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">The butterfly effect can be seen as a manifestation of the laws of karma. Just as a small action like a butterfly flapping its wings can have a significant impact on the weather, a seemingly small action performed by an individual can have far-reaching consequences. For example, a kind word or deed towards someone may seem insignificant at the time, but it could have a positive impact on that person's life and the lives of those around them. Similarly, a hurtful action or word could have negative consequences that ripple outwards and affect others.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">The laws of karma also suggest that the consequences of our actions may not always be immediate or obvious. Just as it may take time for the effects of a butterfly flapping its wings to be felt, the consequences of our actions may not be apparent until later on. This is why it is important to be mindful of our actions and to strive to act in a way that is positive and beneficial for ourselves and those around us.</span></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Please respond the survey, I am conducting, as a part of my research by clicking on >> </span><a href="https://www.vinodbidwaik.com/2022/09/leadership-competencies-required-for.html" style="color: #3778cd; text-decoration-line: none; white-space: pre-wrap;">Leadership Competencies required for managers while handling crisis situations</a>. </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">(Opinions are purely personal & does not represent my organizations, current or past) </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"></span></span></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: justify;"></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><i style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #333333;"><b>Author's books are available on </b></span><a href="https://www.amazon.in/s?i=digital-text&rh=p_27%3AVinod+Bidwaik&s=relevancerank&text=Vinod+Bidwaik&ref=dp_byline_sr_ebooks_1" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Amazon</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://www.flipkart.com/search?q=vinod+bidwaik+books&otracker=search&otracker1=search&marketplace=FLIPKART&as-show=on&as=off&as-pos=1&as-type=HISTORY" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Flipkart</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://store.pothi.com/search/?q=Vinod%20Bidwaik" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #d52a33; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Pothi</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b> and </b></span><a href="https://www.bookganga.com/eBooks/Books?AID=5272443706670122924" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">BookGanga</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>. Scripture is very practical. You will find answers for everything. Whenever I struggle for something, I refer to it. Recently I encountered some questions related to dilemma and dilemma resolution. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Arjuna was on the brink of a great battle, one that would decide the fate of his kingdom and his people. But as he looked out at the opposing army, he saw many of his own friends and family members among the ranks of his enemies. Overwhelmed with emotion, Arjuna turned to his charioteer, Lord Krishna, and confided in him his dilemma.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">"How can I fight against my own kin, my own people?" Arjuna asked Krishna. "It is better to renounce this fight and live in peace."</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Krishna, who is an incarnation of the god Vishnu, knew that Arjuna's dilemma was a difficult one. But he also knew that Arjuna had a duty to uphold as a warrior and as a prince.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">"Arjuna, you are thinking about this battle in the wrong way," Krishna said. "You are not fighting against your own people, you are fighting for righteousness and justice. You have a duty to protect your people and your kingdom, and that duty requires you to fight."</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Krishna went on to explain to Arjuna the principles of dharma, or righteousness, and how it was his duty as a warrior and a prince to uphold these principles. He reminded Arjuna that the soul was eternal and that death was simply a transition to another state of being.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">"Know that which pervades the entire body is indestructible. No one is able to destroy the imperishable soul." Krishna said.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Arjuna listened to Krishna's words and his mind was cleared of all doubts. He picked up his bow and arrow and prepared to fight. With Krishna by his side, he entered the battle with courage and conviction. In the end, he emerged victorious, and his people were saved from the threat of invasion.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">The story of Arjuna and Krishna's conversation is told in the Bhagavad Gita, one of the most important texts of Hinduism. It is a powerful reminder that even in the midst of the most difficult dilemmas, there is always a way to find a resolution. By turning to wise and knowledgeable people and by understanding and upholding our duties, we can overcome any obstacle that life presents us.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"></span></p><blockquote><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>"Bhagavad Gita provides the great framework for resolving dilemmas based on the principles of dharma, or righteous duty. The process can be broken down into several steps"</b></span></blockquote><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Identify the dilemma:</b> The first step in resolving a dilemma is to clearly identify the problem or issue at hand. In the case of Arjuna, he was faced with the dilemma of whether or not to fight in a battle against his own people.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Seek guidance</b>: The second step is to seek guidance from a wise and knowledgeable person. In Arjuna's case, he turned to Krishna, who was an incarnation of the god Vishnu.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Seek knowledge</b>: The wise person will provide knowledge about the nature of reality and the principles of dharma (your personal value system) that should guide one's actions. In Arjuna's case, Krishna taught him about the eternal nature of the soul, the importance of upholding dharma, and the concept of detachment from the fruits of one's actions. The knowledge can be from your mentor, coach, any books you read or even your and your parents and elder’s past experiences.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Choose a course of action</b>: After receiving guidance and knowledge, the individual should choose a course of action that aligns with dharma and upholds their duty. In Arjuna's case, he chose to fight in the battle as a duty to protect his people and uphold dharma.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Take action with detachment</b>: The final step is to take action with a sense of detachment from the fruits of one's actions. This means that the individual should focus on performing their duty and taking action that aligns with dharma, without being attached to the outcomes or results of their actions.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Through this process of seeking guidance and knowledge, choosing a course of action, and taking action with detachment, an individual can resolve a dilemma in a way that upholds their duty and aligns with the principles of dharma. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">The Bhagavad Gita teaches that by following this process, we can find peace and fulfillment in our lives, even in the face of difficult dilemmas.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In resolving a dilemma, it is important to consider not just one's own self-interest, but also the interests of others and the greater good. This requires an understanding of the interconnectedness of all things and a recognition of our shared responsibility to uphold dharma and promote the welfare of all beings.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">The Gita also teaches that dharma is not a fixed set of rules or principles, but is rather a dynamic and evolving concept that must be constantly re-evaluated in light of changing circumstances. This means that in resolving a dilemma, one must be flexible and adaptable, and willing to adjust their understanding of dharma as new information and perspectives emerge.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Ultimately, the Gita teaches that by following one's duty and upholding dharma, we can live a life of purpose and fulfillment, and contribute to the well-being of the world around us. Through this framework of ethical decision-making, we can navigate even the most difficult dilemmas with clarity and confidence, and find a path forward that is aligned with our deepest values and aspirations.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"></span></p><blockquote><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>"However we should think about Karma before taking any action. Karma, which means "action" or "deed." It is often described as a wheel or cycle of cause and effect. Every action we take, whether good or bad, sets off a chain reaction that will eventually come back to us."</b></span></blockquote><p></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Please respond the survey, I am conducting, as a part of my research by clicking on >> </span><a href="https://www.vinodbidwaik.com/2022/09/leadership-competencies-required-for.html" style="color: #3778cd; text-decoration-line: none; white-space: pre-wrap;">Leadership Competencies required for managers while handling crisis situations</a>. </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">(Opinions are purely personal & does not represent my organizations, current or past) </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"></span></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"></span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><i style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #333333;"><b>Author's books are available on </b></span><a href="https://www.amazon.in/s?i=digital-text&rh=p_27%3AVinod+Bidwaik&s=relevancerank&text=Vinod+Bidwaik&ref=dp_byline_sr_ebooks_1" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Amazon</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://www.flipkart.com/search?q=vinod+bidwaik+books&otracker=search&otracker1=search&marketplace=FLIPKART&as-show=on&as=off&as-pos=1&as-type=HISTORY" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Flipkart</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://store.pothi.com/search/?q=Vinod%20Bidwaik" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #d52a33; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Pothi</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b> and </b></span><a href="https://www.bookganga.com/eBooks/Books?AID=5272443706670122924" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">BookGanga</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>. She had tried many different things, but nothing seemed to stick. When she approached me to get support in her career, she spoke about her passion. She mentioned that she was a good dancer but was not sure about making a career in dancing. She also said that she likes writing and she can be an author and journalist in the media industry. I suggested her coach to identify her true purpose in life. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Coach explained to her about passion and some myths around that. She was shocked to learn that many of the things she had believed about passion were simply not true. For example, she had always thought that passion was something you were born with, but she learned that passion could be developed and cultivated through experience and exploration.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Encouraged by this new knowledge, Prachi decided to start experimenting. She tried new hobbies and took on new challenges, and slowly but surely she started to discover what truly made her happy and fulfilled.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">One day, she stumbled upon photography and was immediately drawn to it. She felt a spark of excitement and joy every time she took a picture, and she knew that she had finally found her passion. Prachi threw herself into photography, studying and practicing every day. She learned about the technical aspects of the craft, as well as the creative side, and she was soon able to express herself in ways she never thought possible. She started sharing her work online and quickly gained a following. People were drawn to the beauty and emotion in her pictures, and she was amazed by the positive impact her work was having on others.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Prachi's passion for photography led her to new opportunities and experiences, and she was able to turn her hobby into a successful career. She never forgot the lessons she learned about the myths of passion, and she was grateful for the journey that had led her to where she was.</span></p><p><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"></span></i></p><blockquote><p style="text-align: justify;"><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Passion is often described as a strong feeling of excitement and enthusiasm for something, and it can play a huge role in our lives. Whether it's a hobby, a career, or a cause, having a passion can bring us joy, fulfillment, and a sense of purpose.</b></span></i></p><p></p></blockquote><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">However, there are many myths and misconceptions about passion that can hold us back. Let's take a closer look at some of these myths and the reality behind them.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Myth 1: Passion is something you're born with</span></b></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Reality: While some people may have a natural talent or inclination towards certain things, passion can also be developed and cultivated through experience and exploration. Don't be discouraged if you haven't found your passion yet – keep trying new things and exploring your interests, and you may be surprised by what you discover.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Myth 2: Passion is the same as a hobby</span></b></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Reality: While passion can certainly be a hobby, it can also refer to a deeper calling or purpose that drives your work and life. It's not just about doing something you enjoy – it's about finding something that brings meaning and fulfillment to your life.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Myth 3: You can only have one passion</span></b></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Reality: People are complex and multi-faceted, and it's possible to have multiple passions and interests throughout your life. Don't feel limited to just one thing – embrace your diverse passions and interests, and see where they take you.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Myth 4: Passion means never having to work a day in your life</span></b></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Reality: While having a job you're passionate about can be incredibly rewarding, it still requires hard work and dedication. In this blog, we'll take a closer look at some of the most common leadership myths and explore the reality behind them.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Myth #1: Leaders are born, not made</b></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Reality: While some people may have a natural inclination towards leadership, it's a skill that can be learned and developed over time. Effective leaders possess a combination of innate abilities and learned skills, and anyone can become a successful leader with the right training, experience, and support.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Myth #2: Leaders must always be decisive</b></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Reality: While it's important for leaders to make decisions quickly and confidently, it's also crucial to consider the facts and gather input from others before making a decision. Being too hasty or overconfident can lead to mistakes and decreased trust from followers. Effective leaders are decisive but also able to listen, gather information, and make informed decisions.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Myth #3: Leaders must always be in control</b></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Reality: The best leaders understand that they don't have all the answers, and they're not afraid to ask for help or delegate tasks to others. Being too controlling can stifle creativity and innovation, and can also lead to burnout and decreased job satisfaction. Effective leaders are confident enough to delegate, and they empower their followers to make decisions and contribute to the success of the team.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Myth #4: Leaders must be strong and unemotional</b></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Reality: While it's important for leaders to project confidence and stability, it's also important to show empathy and emotional intelligence. Leaders who are too rigid or unapproachable can alienate their followers, and can also miss important cues and opportunities for growth and development. Effective leaders are strong, but also approachable, empathetic, and able to connect with their followers on a personal level.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Leadership is a complex and multifaceted concept that is influenced by a combination of natural abilities and learned skills. By separating fact from fiction, and understanding the reality behind common leadership myths, we can develop more effective and successful leaders who drive positive change and business success.</span></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Please respond the survey, I am conducting, as a part of my research by clicking on >> </span><a href="https://www.vinodbidwaik.com/2022/09/leadership-competencies-required-for.html" style="color: #3778cd; text-decoration-line: none; white-space: pre-wrap;">Leadership Competencies required for managers while handling crisis situations</a>. </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">(Opinions are purely personal & does not represent my organizations, current or past) </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"></span></span></p><div style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: left;"><p style="text-align: justify;"><i style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="color: #333333;"><b>Author's books are available on </b></span><a href="https://www.amazon.in/s?i=digital-text&rh=p_27%3AVinod+Bidwaik&s=relevancerank&text=Vinod+Bidwaik&ref=dp_byline_sr_ebooks_1" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Amazon</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://www.flipkart.com/search?q=vinod+bidwaik+books&otracker=search&otracker1=search&marketplace=FLIPKART&as-show=on&as=off&as-pos=1&as-type=HISTORY" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Flipkart</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://store.pothi.com/search/?q=Vinod%20Bidwaik" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #d52a33; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Pothi</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b> and </b></span><a href="https://www.bookganga.com/eBooks/Books?AID=5272443706670122924" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">BookGanga</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>. Truths are converted into lies and lies into the truth. They create an impression in the organization and society that they have relevant information with them but nobody knows that the said information is not truth. For them perceptions, data, deceiving knowledge are truth. They will ensure the damage to the people around, society and the organization for their personal agenda. Some people called those characters, corporate leaders. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhaslW6gAnJCmvgPhRjHtKzS4Y0tNLV8uqK7PPiCDHGA4iUYH8ZZYDsBhz_DAyRG2ygzQERvtCISf5Wkmlp9PWotsQtCFcOniyZRrsQAYZD0gWSNgKVzC2mwF9XY57SyW3ZYHbD9PSWtRG9i2G1z554kF_HRFEH0V7ojzdGr6fEyNcATJW11g/s433/truth-lie-set-two-arrows-260nw-1868584855.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="213" data-original-width="433" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhaslW6gAnJCmvgPhRjHtKzS4Y0tNLV8uqK7PPiCDHGA4iUYH8ZZYDsBhz_DAyRG2ygzQERvtCISf5Wkmlp9PWotsQtCFcOniyZRrsQAYZD0gWSNgKVzC2mwF9XY57SyW3ZYHbD9PSWtRG9i2G1z554kF_HRFEH0V7ojzdGr6fEyNcATJW11g/s16000/truth-lie-set-two-arrows-260nw-1868584855.jpg" /></a></div><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Truth and ethical lying are complex and often contentious topics. At its core, truth is the state of being in agreement with fact or reality, while a lie is a false statement made with the intent to deceive. However, the concept of what constitutes a "fact" or "reality" can vary depending on one's perspective, and the morality of lying can depend on the context in which it occurs.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In some cases, lying may be seen as an ethical action. For example, lying to protect someone from harm or to prevent a greater harm from occurring may be considered morally justifiable. Similarly, lying to spare someone's feelings or to maintain a sense of privacy may also be seen as acceptable. On the other hand, lying in order to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate others is generally considered unethical. Such lies can cause harm to others and undermine trust and relationships.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">It is important to note that the concept of "white lies" or "small lies" can also be a gray area when it comes to the ethics of lying. While these types of lies may not cause significant harm, they can still contribute to a culture of dishonesty and lack of trust.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In any case, it is important to weigh the potential consequences of one's actions before deciding whether or not to tell a lie. The truth may be uncomfortable or difficult to hear, but it is ultimately the foundation of trust and understanding in any relationship or situation.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">There are different types of Truths. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>"Paribhashik satya"</b> is a phrase that can be translated to "conventional truth" or "conventional reality" in English. It refers to the commonly accepted facts or beliefs that are considered to be true within a particular culture or society. These truths are often taken for granted and are not subject to question or doubt.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">For example, It is generally accepted as true that the earth is oval and that gravity is a force that pulls objects towards the center of the earth. These are considered Paribhashik satya, as they are widely accepted as true within that culture and are not typically questioned. It is important to note that Paribhashik satya can vary from culture to culture and can change over time. For example, there is one section who still believes that earth is flat. What is considered true in one society may not be considered true in another, and what was once considered true may be proven to be false later on.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Vyavharic satya, also known as Practical truth</b>, is the idea that truth can be relative and flexible depending on the situation. It's the understanding that in certain situations, it may be more beneficial to bend the truth or withhold certain information. This concept is often used in business, politics, and personal relationships.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In business, vyavharic satya can be used to negotiate deals, protect trade secrets, or avoid damaging relationships with clients or partners. For example, a company may choose to downplay the negative effects of a product recall to avoid losing customers or damaging their reputation. In politics, vyavharic satya can be used to gain support for a cause, avoid controversy, or avoid damaging relationships with other countries. For example, a politician may choose to downplay their opposition to a certain policy in order to gain support from a particular group of voters.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In personal relationships, vyavharic satya can be used to avoid conflict, protect someone's feelings, or maintain a sense of harmony. For example, a friend may choose not to tell another friend that they're not invited to a party to avoid hurt feelings. While vyavharic satya can be used as a tool to navigate difficult situations, it's important to use it responsibly. It's not appropriate to use it to deceive, manipulate, or harm others. It's also important to be aware of the potential consequences of bending the truth. If a lie is uncovered, it can lead to mistrust and damage relationships.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Prasadic satya, also known as contextual truth</b>, is the idea that truth can change based on the context or situation. It's the understanding that what is true in one situation may not be true in another. This concept is often used in philosophy, religion, and psychology.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In philosophy, prasadic satya is used to argue that truth is not absolute, but rather a matter of perspective. For example, a philosopher might argue that what is true for one person may not be true for another. This idea is often associated with relativism, the belief that there is no universal truth.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In religion, prasadic satya is used to argue that the truth of a religious text or belief may change depending on the context. For example, a religious leader might argue that the meaning of a scripture changes depending on the time and place it's being interpreted. This idea is often associated with the concept of progressive revelation, the belief that God's truth is revealed gradually over time.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In psychology, prasadic satya is used to argue that the truth of an individual's experience may change depending on the context. For example, a therapist might argue that what is true for one person in one moment may not be true for them in another moment. This idea is often associated with the concept of cognitive dissonance, the psychological state of discomfort when holding two or more conflicting beliefs.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Lies are always unethical and detrimental to self and others, however the individual may choose truth which is moreover lie sometimes. Sometimes, we have to lie to tell the truth. In the civilized world, everything is a lie. When somebody doesn’t want to disturb or hurt anybody, the lie is spoken. For example, if the doctor tells the patient that s/he will be recovered very soon, knowing that the patient is on a dead bed, it is an ethical lie. But if you are damaging somebody, it is definitely not good. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>The question still remains what is truth. The truth which takes you to the Supreme Power, God, is a truth. Karaka was always looking for ways to trick and manipulate others for his own gain. One day, he came up with a plan to trick the king of the kingdom, who was known for his love of hunting.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Karaka went to the king and told him that there was a magical deer that lived in the forest, which was said to be the most elusive and difficult to catch. The king, intrigued by the idea, immediately set out to hunt for the deer.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Karaka, knowing the king would never be able to find the deer, led him on a wild goose chase through the forest. The king, who was not familiar with the forest, was easily led astray by Karaka's clever tricks and manipulations.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">For days, the king searched for the deer, but to no avail. Finally, he grew tired and frustrated and decided to give up the hunt. Karaka, seeing his opportunity, suggested that the king could always go hunting with him, as he knew the forest well and would be able to guide him to the deer.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">The king, tired and defeated, agreed to this arrangement. And so, Karaka was able to manipulate the king into becoming his hunting companion, and he used this opportunity to gain the king's trust and favor.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In the end, the king learned that the deer did not exist, and that Karaka had only been using him for his own gain. The king was disappointed but grateful for the lesson he learned about the dangers of manipulation. He banished Karaka from the kingdom, and from that day forward, he was more cautious and skeptical of those who claimed to have special knowledge or abilities.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Moral of the Story: Be wary of those who try to manipulate you for their own gain. Some are as under: </span></b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Gaslighting:</b> This involves manipulating someone into doubting their own perceptions and memories. The manipulator may deny or downplay events that have taken place, or may try to make the victim feel like they are going crazy. Sometimes, they will just create a situation on a smaller issue where someone questions their own sanity or memory. This is often done in order to gain and maintain power and control over the next person.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Trying to praise the person</b>: Manipulators may use excessive flattery or praise to try to win someone over and to get what they want. This tactic is often used to make the victim feel special or important, and to create a sense of obligation. This involves overwhelming someone with affection in order to gain control over them. Asking support and help primarily is the first step. But they are selfish here. Will get the job done and then keep you aside. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Guilt-tripping</b>: Manipulators may try to make the victim feel guilty or responsible for their own feelings or actions. I learnt these while dealing with those idiots. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">First and foremost, it's important to recognize when someone is trying to manipulate you. Look out for red flags like flattery, guilt-tripping, or attempts to make you feel responsible for their emotions.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Once you've identified that someone is trying to manipulate you, it's important to set boundaries and to communicate them clearly. Let the person know what is and is not acceptable behavior, and be firm and assertive in your communication.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">It can also be helpful to seek out the support of friends, family, or colleagues in these situations. Surrounding yourself with people who support and encourage you can provide you with the strength and confidence you need to stand up to manipulative individuals. If you are working in the organization, use the whistleblower mechanism against the person. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Finally, remember that it's okay to say no. It's important to prioritize your own well-being and to put your own needs first. Don't feel guilty or ashamed for standing up for yourself and for setting boundaries.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Don't feel guilty: Manipulative people may try to make you feel guilty or ashamed for standing up for yourself or for setting boundaries. It's important to remember that it's okay to say no and to prioritize your own well-being.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Communicate clearly: Make sure to clearly communicate your boundaries and expectations with the person. It doesn't mean that we forget what happened or that we accept harmful behavior, but it means that we choose not to allow the hurt to control us and our relationships.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Forgiveness is a powerful tool that allows us to let go of anger, resentment, and hurt feelings towards someone who has wronged us. It is a way of releasing ourselves from the pain and suffering caused by the actions of others, and allows us to move forward with our lives in a positive and healthy manner. </span></p><blockquote><p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">"Forgiveness is like a weight lifted off your shoulders. When you hold onto grudges and resentment, it can feel like you are carrying a heavy burden that drains your energy and joy. But when you choose to forgive, it's like a burden has been lifted and you are free to move forward with a sense of peace and lightness."</span></b></p></blockquote><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Forgiveness is also like a fresh start. It's like a new page in a book, an opportunity to leave the past behind and begin anew. When you extend forgiveness to others, you open the door to healing and reconciliation, and the possibility of a brighter future. So the next time you are faced with the opportunity to forgive, remember that it's like a weight lifted off your shoulders and a fresh start. Choose to let go of your anger and embrace the power of forgiveness.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Forgiveness does not mean that we have to forget what happened, or that we have to let the person who hurt us off the hook for their actions. It does not mean that we have to continue to have a relationship with them, if that is not healthy for us. But it does mean that we let go of the negative feelings towards them, and that we choose to respond to the situation in a positive and healthy way. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">One way to begin the process of forgiveness is to practice self-compassion. This means treating ourselves with the same kindness, care, and understanding that we would offer to a good friend. It means acknowledging our own pain and suffering, and giving ourselves permission to feel our emotions. It also means reminding ourselves that we are not alone, and that many others have gone through similar experiences.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Another way to practice forgiveness is to use visualization techniques. This can involve imagining ourselves in a peaceful and calming setting, such as a beautiful garden or a serene beach. We can then visualize the person who hurt us, and imagine them in a positive light. For example, we can imagine them apologizing for their actions, or expressing regret. This can help us to release some of the negative emotions that we are feeling.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Ultimately, forgiveness is a choice that we make for ourselves. It is a way of taking control of our own lives, and of moving forward in a positive and healthy manner. It is a way of letting go of the pain and suffering caused by the actions of others, and of finding peace and healing within ourselves.</span></p><div style="text-align: justify;"><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Please respond the survey, I am conducting, as a part of my research by clicking on >> </span><a href="https://www.vinodbidwaik.com/2022/09/leadership-competencies-required-for.html" style="color: #3778cd; text-decoration-line: none; white-space: pre-wrap;">Leadership Competencies required for managers while handling crisis situations</a>. </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">(Opinions are purely personal & does not represent my organizations, current or past) </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"></span></span></p><div style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: start;"><p style="text-align: justify;"><i style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="color: #333333;"><b>Author's books are available on </b></span><a href="https://www.amazon.in/s?i=digital-text&rh=p_27%3AVinod+Bidwaik&s=relevancerank&text=Vinod+Bidwaik&ref=dp_byline_sr_ebooks_1" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Amazon</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://www.flipkart.com/search?q=vinod+bidwaik+books&otracker=search&otracker1=search&marketplace=FLIPKART&as-show=on&as=off&as-pos=1&as-type=HISTORY" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Flipkart</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://store.pothi.com/search/?q=Vinod%20Bidwaik" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #d52a33; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Pothi</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b> and </b></span><a href="https://www.bookganga.com/eBooks/Books?AID=5272443706670122924" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">BookGanga</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>. He had always been a hard worker and had climbed the ranks to become a manager. However, despite his success at work, Ranjan had always felt a sense of emptiness and unfulfillment. He often found himself questioning if this was truly what he wanted to do with his life and if he was truly happy. Sometimes there used to be unusual expectations from his manager and Business Leader of his business group. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">One day, Ranjan found himself in the midst of a career crisis. He was feeling burnt out and unhappy with his job, and he knew he needed to make a change. He decided to take some time off and really think about what he wanted to do with his life. He spent his days reflecting and exploring new interests, such as painting and writing.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Through this process of self-exploration, Ranjan began to realize that what he really wanted was to use his skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the world. He also wanted empowerment to make his own decisions for the benefit of the organization and people around. He wanted to work on projects that had meaning and purpose beyond just making a profit. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">So, Ranjan made the decision to leave his job and start his own consulting firm focused on creating sustainable and socially responsible financial solutions for midsize organizations. It was a risky move, but he knew it was the right one for him. As he pursued this new path, Ranjan found a renewed sense of purpose and fulfillment. He was able to use his skills and knowledge to make a difference, and he was finally happy with his career.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In the <b><i>Bhagavad-Gita</i></b>, self reflection is seen as a key component of the path to enlightenment and self-realization. It is a practice that can help one to grow and to become a better person, both spiritually and in everyday life. The conversation between Krishna and Arjuna centers on the importance of self reflection and self-realization. Self-realization, or "atma-dnyna", is described as the ultimate goal of life. It is the understanding and realization of one's true self, or atman, as being inseparable from the divine, or Brahmin (mean intellectual). The path to self-realization involves the cultivation of spiritual disciplines, such as devotion (bhakti), yoga, and meditation, as well as performing one's duties selflessly and without attachment to the fruits of one's actions.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjFOGYKGJosW-fCMkyZLtNWfOoLGn4iyZ1RvdJ7FFadl44gLbphkWBDM9X16G6-mxXgTNO1QMzNSlo6rv926LKNB2zVU3zrlnnjBDafcRdW721mCybUePieY2VS3z36M_7FQqVCMml0xPoltvU0ywCJL_t0YBosZpB2dDf8IuzEHVNeWiYYyM/s700/bhagwat-geeta-chapter-first-93313925.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="525" data-original-width="700" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjFOGYKGJosW-fCMkyZLtNWfOoLGn4iyZ1RvdJ7FFadl44gLbphkWBDM9X16G6-mxXgTNO1QMzNSlo6rv926LKNB2zVU3zrlnnjBDafcRdW721mCybUePieY2VS3z36M_7FQqVCMml0xPoltvU0ywCJL_t0YBosZpB2dDf8IuzEHVNeWiYYyM/w400-h300/bhagwat-geeta-chapter-first-93313925.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">One of the key teachings of the Bhagavad Gita is that the ego, or ahankara, is the root cause of suffering and that true liberation can only be attained by transcending the ego and realizing the oneness of all existence.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Here are a few key verses from the Bhagavad Gita that relate to self-realization:</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">"He who is situated in the Self, and whose Self is the same as Mine, even though he slay these people, he does not slay, nor is he bound by his actions." (5.15)</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">"He who has attained to the highest realization, being united in the Self, is neither elated by good fortune nor depressed by evil." (5.20)</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">"The man of self-realization, whose mind is completely absorbed in the Self, is not affected by the dualities of life, for he has attained to the highest perfection." (5.20)</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Krishna tells Arjuna that by engaging in self reflection and introspection, he can gain a deeper understanding of his own nature and purpose. He encourages Arjuna to let go of ego and attachments, and to focus on his own inner wisdom and guidance. Krishna also stresses the importance of being honest and truthful with oneself in order to gain true insight and understanding. He tells Arjuna that by engaging in self reflection, he can learn to let go of the things that do not serve him and to focus on what truly matters.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Through this conversation, Krishna encourages Arjuna to embrace self reflection as a means of personal growth and self-realization. He shows Arjuna that by looking inward and examining his own thoughts and actions, he can gain a greater sense of inner peace and fulfillment.</span></p><p></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Self reflection is like looking in a mirror and seeing yourself clearly for the first time.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Self reflection is like peeling back the layers of an onion, revealing the hidden truths within.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Self reflection is like a deep dive into the depths of the ocean, discovering hidden treasures and secrets.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Self reflection is like a shining beacon, illuminating the path to self-discovery and growth.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Self reflection is like a warm embrace, comforting and nurturing the soul.</span></li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">The journey of self-realization during a career crisis can be a difficult and uncertain one, but for Ranjan, it was worth it. He learned that sometimes taking a step back and reflecting on what truly matters to you can lead to a much more fulfilling and rewarding path</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Self realization and self reflection are two important concepts that are closely related. Self realization is the process of understanding and accepting one's own abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, while self reflection is the process of looking inward and examining one's own thoughts and actions. Both self realization and self reflection are essential for personal growth and development. By understanding and accepting ourselves, we are able to set goals and make plans to improve ourselves and our lives. By examining our thoughts and actions, we are able to learn from our mistakes and make positive changes.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">However, self realization and self reflection can be difficult. It can be challenging to look inward and to confront our own flaws and shortcomings. It can be easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and to lose sight of what is truly important. One way to overcome these challenges is to set aside time for regular self reflection. This can be done through meditation, journaling, or simply taking a few moments each day to sit quietly and reflect on our thoughts and actions.</span></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Please respond the survey, I am conducting, as a part of my research by clicking on >> </span><a href="https://www.vinodbidwaik.com/2022/09/leadership-competencies-required-for.html" style="color: #3778cd; text-decoration-line: none; white-space: pre-wrap;">Leadership Competencies required for managers while handling crisis situations</a>. </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; text-align: justify;"><b><i><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">(Opinions are purely personal & does not represent my organizations, current or past) </span></i></b></p><p style="background-color: white; color: #444444; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"></span></span></p><div style="background-color: white; color: #444444;"><p style="text-align: justify;"><i style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><span style="color: #333333;"><b>Author's books are available on </b></span><a href="https://www.amazon.in/s?i=digital-text&rh=p_27%3AVinod+Bidwaik&s=relevancerank&text=Vinod+Bidwaik&ref=dp_byline_sr_ebooks_1" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Amazon</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://www.flipkart.com/search?q=vinod+bidwaik+books&otracker=search&otracker1=search&marketplace=FLIPKART&as-show=on&as=off&as-pos=1&as-type=HISTORY" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Flipkart</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>, </b></span><a href="https://store.pothi.com/search/?q=Vinod%20Bidwaik" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #d52a33; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">Pothi</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b> and </b></span><a href="https://www.bookganga.com/eBooks/Books?AID=5272443706670122924" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-size: initial; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #7d181e; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-line: none; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank">BookGanga</a><span style="color: #333333;"><b>. Naresh was a hard-working man who spent his days toiling in the fields, growing crops to feed his family and the village. Despite his hard work, Naresh often found himself feeling grumpy and unhappy. He would complain about the weather, the pests that ate his crops, and the long hours he had to work.</span></div><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">One day, Naresh's neighbor, a wise old man named Krishna, came to visit him. "Naresh," said Krishna, "I have noticed that you are often unhappy and grumbling. What is the matter?"</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Naresh sighed and said, "I work so hard, but it never seems to be enough. There is always something to complain about, and I never have time to enjoy the simple things in life."</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Krishna nodded and said, "I understand how you feel. But have you ever tried practicing gratitude? When we focus on the things we are thankful for, it can help to shift our focus from the negative to the positive. It can also improve our overall well-being and happiness."</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Naresh was skeptical, but he was also curious. He decided to give gratitude a try. Every day, he would make a list of three things he was thankful for. At first, it was difficult to come up with things to be grateful for, but as he continued to practice, he found that he was able to find more and more things to be grateful for.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">As Naresh's gratitude practice grew, he began to notice changes in himself. He found that he was less grumpy and more content. He was also more appreciative of the people and things in his life. He found that he was able to enjoy the simple things, like the feel of the sun on his face or the sound of birds singing in the morning.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">One day, a terrible storm swept through the village, destroying many of Naresh's crops. Naresh was devastated, but he remembered his gratitude practice. He made a list of the things he was thankful for, even in the midst of the storm. He was grateful that his family was safe, that he still had some crops left, and that the storm would eventually pass.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Thanks to his gratitude practice, Naresh was able to weather the storm with a positive outlook and a sense of hope. He continued to practice gratitude every day, and as a result, he found that he was happier and more content than he had ever been before.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">“When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears."</span></b></p><p><b></b></p><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><tbody><tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhRAc8pNF9KBipR3obhubBjjJ3bJnthn69hKQwQcn4zJG2D66_gvqVtPdqKSaga7H9cY3RxxCLXxfenx3Fj_cnRQdiiDZUnpxSQSV1eIgjzE9q77P3iJXa5ERUUt_1JYcJtosd0m-gzVi62DGVF3DRUTjiNeQSikTLc01t8Z3ZbSpYQeCGyPjA/s1528/fotolia_185091029_s.jpg" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="1528" height="210" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhRAc8pNF9KBipR3obhubBjjJ3bJnthn69hKQwQcn4zJG2D66_gvqVtPdqKSaga7H9cY3RxxCLXxfenx3Fj_cnRQdiiDZUnpxSQSV1eIgjzE9q77P3iJXa5ERUUt_1JYcJtosd0m-gzVi62DGVF3DRUTjiNeQSikTLc01t8Z3ZbSpYQeCGyPjA/w400-h210/fotolia_185091029_s.jpg" width="400" /></a></td></tr><tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Pic Source: Google</td></tr></tbody></table><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Gratitude is the feeling of appreciation and thankfulness for the good things that we have or have experienced in our lives. Some of the most common types of relationships include romantic relationships, familial relationships, platonic relationships, and professional relationships.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Romantic relationships are perhaps the most well-known and celebrated type of relationship. They are typically characterized by deep feelings of love, attraction, and commitment, and they often involve a high level of intimacy and physical connection. Romantic relationships can be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling, but they can also be challenging and require a lot of work to maintain. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In romantic relationships, it is important to be affectionate, supportive, and attentive to your partner's needs. This means expressing love and care through actions such as holding hands, giving compliments, and listening actively to your partner. It also means being willing to compromise and communicate openly and honestly about your feelings and needs.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In friendships, it is important to be a good listener, to be non-judgmental, and to be there for your friends when they need support. This means being willing to listen to your friends' concerns and offer advice and encouragement when needed. It also means being accepting of your friends' differences and supporting them in their goals and aspirations.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Familial relationships are another important type of relationship. These are the relationships that we have with our parents, siblings, and other family members, and they often play a crucial role in our overall sense of belonging and support. Familial relationships can be complex and multifaceted, and they may evolve and change over time.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">In family relationships, it is important to be loving, supportive, and respectful. This means showing love and affection through actions such as hugs and words of affirmation. It also means being willing to help out with household chores and other responsibilities, and being patient and understanding with family members who may be going through difficult times.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Platonic relationships are relationships that are based on friendship and mutual respect, rather than romantic attraction. Platonic relationships can be just as important and fulfilling as romantic relationships, and they often involve a deep level of trust and connection. Platonic relationships can provide support, companionship, and a sense of belonging.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Professional relationships are another important type of relationship, and they are typically characterized by a shared goal or purpose. Professional relationships can be with colleagues, supervisors, clients, or customers, and they often involve a level of trust and cooperation. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Professional relationships can be crucial for career success and personal fulfilment. In professional relationships, it is important to be reliable, respectful, and professional. This means being punctual, following through on your commitments, and treating your colleagues with courtesy and respect. It also means maintaining appropriate boundaries and avoiding conflicts of interest.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Regardless of the type of relationship, all relationships require effort and commitment to maintain. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrmz2MegXYIljRKvAxW0-ULjaFejlMqaiD8tYmjg-w1KlvCBS4NhMpIxUk_yYDGv0vM3yORnxvjLhKdMs8D0Kd33HR5lTKAIBQNZ7Bdz9RkC7sj7rQUArzlTN_QI1st4FGHMXXBoB-da75UHWNb4BSytuc2CrwrgdT2IxytETTCoxq6Pqw7Ug/s460/cute-couples-4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="350" data-original-width="460" height="304" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrmz2MegXYIljRKvAxW0-ULjaFejlMqaiD8tYmjg-w1KlvCBS4NhMpIxUk_yYDGv0vM3yORnxvjLhKdMs8D0Kd33HR5lTKAIBQNZ7Bdz9RkC7sj7rQUArzlTN_QI1st4FGHMXXBoB-da75UHWNb4BSytuc2CrwrgdT2IxytETTCoxq6Pqw7Ug/w400-h304/cute-couples-4.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-family: trebuchet;">Here are some imperatives for maintaining healthy relationships:</span></b></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet;"><b>Communication:</b> Effective communication is a fundamental imperative in all relationships.
